My practice focuses on all aspects of residential real estate, including representing lenders, buyers, sellers, developers, builders, landlords, tenants, investors and homeowners. I also serve clients in the areas of corporate organization, commercial contracting, business acquisition and sales, as well as general business counseling and advice.

I am admitted to practice in Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
